The pool is only for your use (not shared), and is completely walled off for privacy.  The pool can also be heated (to 86 F) for an optional fee of $40 per day

The third bedroom has been converted into a home office and den.  There is a desk, fast internet, and a convertible leather sofa sleeper for additional guests.  

Rates:

$175 per night (minimum 7 night stay) for double occupancy.

Extra guest fee is $30 per person per night 

above the first 2 persons, 8% lodging tax

$75 cleaning fee

Availability:  

We have availability April 15 - May 15, 2022.  We are booked through the end of December 2022.

Deposits:  

a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm.  Balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival.  Charge cards (VISA, MC, AMEX) are accepted (fee applies).

Cancellation policies: Full refunds are given if cancellation requests are received 60 days or more prior to arrival.  If there is a cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given.  If there is a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival no refund is provided.
